Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in Kozhikode. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure the seamless execution of our tourism projects on site. Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial oversight, stakeholder management, and fostering community engagement. The role also entails guiding the company toward sustainable growth and operational excellence through effective leadership and innovation.

Qualifications

• Management and Leadership skills, including team management, strategic planning, and decision-making
• Experience in Financial Oversight, Budgeting, and Resource Management
• Understanding of Tourism Development, Hospitality Operations, and Project Management
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for stakeholder and community engagement
• Problem-solving capabilities and an aptitude for innovation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is advantageous
• Commitment to sustainability and inclusivity in tourism initiatives
