Job Overview

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employers operations in India. This role demands a strategic leader with extensive international experience who can manage sales, finance, manufacturing, operations, and human resources. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company's objectives and growth in India.
• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing and production processes to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.
• Manage financial and budgetary functions, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness across all operations.
• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the region.
• Direct human resources functions to foster a high-performance culture and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Collaborate with R&D, Culinary, and cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
