Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Force Development Officers (FDOs) and Senior FDOs to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Drive recruitment, training, and activation of new insurance advisors and POSPs.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business growth and market penetration.
• Monitor team performance, analyze reports, and ensure consistent target achievement.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and insurance companies.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and motivation sessions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance productivity, branding, and customer experience.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute business plans effectively.
• Motivational and result-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Team Management.
• Candidates from the insurance or financial sector will be preferred.
