The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and charismatic leader to take full ownership of our property's operational and financial performance.

As the General Manager, you will be the key brand ambassador, responsible for:

* Operations: Leading all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) to exceed guest expectations and meet brand standards.

* Financials: Managing the complete P&L, developing budgets, forecasting, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue (Occupancy, ADR) and control costs.

* Guest Experience: Acting as the primary champion for guest satisfaction, monitoring feedback, and empowering your team to resolve issues effectively.

* Leadership: Inspiring, managing, and developing a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

* Sales & Revenue: Collaborating with sales teams to drive bookings and acting as the public face of the property with key clients and the community.

Who You Are

* Experienced Leader: 7-9 years of progressive hospitality management, with 4-5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Assistant GM, Director of Operations).

* Financial Expert: Proven track record of P&L management, budgeting, and achieving financial targets.

* Service Champion: A strong passion for service excellence and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards.

* Strategic Thinker: Able to analyze market trends and financial data to identify opportunities for growth.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business (preferred).
