A general Manager - FP&A (RSE) is responsible for timely and quality management reporting, analysis and investment evaluations for business decision support. This will include smooth operation of monthly operating rhythm for financial planning & reporting for Region ASEAN & South Asia and identification/implementation of enhancement for improved productivity. The candidate is expected to drive monthly operating rhythm, strategy and annual plan process including development of action plans and implementation of tracking procedures. You will be contributing to regional periodic planning, forecast, budgeting & strategy process to ensure alignment with business goals including; Development of actions plans and implementing of tracking process Development of plan guidelines, timelines, templates and supporting working papers Coordinating with Country teams to ensure timely and quality submissions to RSE Preparation of annual plan presentation pack for APAC & Corporate reviews Coordinating with group finance team to ensure correctness of data and common understanding of targets You will be ensuring timely and quality delivery of period end management reports which includes: Propose, prepare, and present Financial and Operational metrics as a part of the monthly business review process Review country submissions for data quality and completeness Preparation of period end (monthly & quarterly) reports as required by APAC & Corporate office Compile monthly performance dashboards and investigate any variances from expectations Analyse management financial reports and highlight to management for business decision making You will be developing and coordinating the implementation of financial performance targets and monitor productivity as per group guidance You will be developing, maintaining, and distributing ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed You will be working closely with the Operations and Program Managers, and other accounting personnel to obtain financial inputs for use in reporting and forecasting You will be analyzing new business opportunities and capital investments and offer recommendations to business Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes? You have 6-8+ years’ experience in budgeting, planning & Investment evaluation function with multinational companies You have an accounting degree or Finance degree with professional qualification (CPA / CIMA / MBA / comparable business degree is advantageous) You have strong data presentation and PowerPoint skills, Superior analytical and financial modelling skills (MS Excel/Power Bi) You have experience working with Hyperion & SAP is advantageous Why you will love working for us!
