Job Responsibilities Drive sales and marketing initiatives for Power Cables, Telecom Cables & Conductors across international regions, ensuring growth in market share and presence across key sectors Define annual budgets and develop strategies to achieve sales volumes and profitability targets Set regional sales targets (Exports), monitor performance, and provide guidance to teams for goal achievement Lead and manage the sales team to maintain and expand the approved client database Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers Conduct competitive analysis, track industry trends, and stay up on relevant policies impacting the export market Oversee comprehensive market mapping and identification of new business opportunities Collaborate with finance and sales teams for effective receivables management Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering & MBA from a reputed institution Technical Understand different channels reaching out to international customers Understanding of factors influencing buying decisions & buying behaviours of customer Sound technical background Functional Ability to define export growth strategies aligned with business goals Identifying and developing new international markets and clients Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships Behavioral Relationship Skills Good in Communication & Presentation Skills Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities Team-oriented approach across functions and geographies petencies Thinking Broadly Building & Supporting Teams Driving Continuous Improvement Developing People Managing Resources Leading Changemunicating Effectively Acting Strategically Marketing Knowledge Negotiation and Influencing Skillsmercial Acumen
