INTRODUCTION

The Deltin, Daman, is a 176-room five-star hotel and the largest integrated resort spread over 10 acres, with 300,000 sq. ft. of developed area. It’s the first and only 5-star hotel currently in Daman.

The hotel is a 2.5-hour drive from Mumbai and Surat, making it an ideal location for a weekend getaway as you enjoy the road trip on your way to the hotel! With the largest banquet facility in the area, two bars, two specialty restaurants, luxury suites, and a meandering pool, this hotel has everything you need.

The hotel is owned by Delta Corp Limited, the only listed company in the Hospitality and Gaming business.

As the General Manager of our prestigious five-star hotel in Daman, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and profitability. Your strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and sales acumen will be essential in managing both the daily operations and the sales strategy to enhance our market presence.

1. Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and delivering outstanding service quality.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue across all departments.
3. Foster a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing staff at all levels.
4. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure facilities are well-maintained and meet guest expectations.
5. Create and manage annual budgets while monitoring financial performance against targets.
6. Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing guest feedback promptly and effectively.
7. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special events, packages, and promotions that drive occupancy rates.
8. Build strong relationships with local businesses and community partners, authorities to elevate the hotel’s profile within Daman.
9. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the hotel premises.
10. Prepare detailed reports on operational performance for ownership review.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; MBA preferred.
2. A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role in a luxury setting.
3. Proven track record of successful sales management with measurable results in revenue growth.
4. Exceptional leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills to motivate teams effectively.
5. Keen understanding of financial management principles within the hospitality industry.
6. Adept at using property management systems (PMS) and other relevant software tools.
