Job Summary: As the General Manager of our prestigious five-star hotel in Daman, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and profitability. Your strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and sales acumen will be essential in managing both the daily operations and the sales strategy to enhance our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and delivering outstanding service quality. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue across all departments. Foster a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing staff at all levels. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure facilities are well-maintained and meet guest expectations. Create and manage annual budgets while monitoring financial performance against targets.
