Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our medical device sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage a high-performing sales team, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Growth:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support
Foster a culture of innovation, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Operational Management:
Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements
