Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness. Plan and manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with management for stock requirements. Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly. Work with team to ensure smooth operations, especially during events and peak hours. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Requirements: Good understanding of food preparation, seasoning, and presentation. Ability to work efficiently and maintain kitchen cleanliness. Professional attitude and team player.
