Hiring General Manager

Location: Kochi

Salary: 50,000 - 70,000

Experience : Minimum 3 yrs

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with strong skills in team handling, healthcare recruitment, and business development. The candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience and be capable of leading teams, managing clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve targets.
Oversee end-to-end healthcare recruitment and documentation processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Monitor team performance, improve processes, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment & team handling.
Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
Proven ability in business development and achieving targets.
Bachelor’s degree required; master's preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
