Roles & Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy

• Partner in developing the Digital Marketing Strategy/ Campaigns for all offerings with implementation plan
• Partner in developing the Branding strategy for all offerings with implementation plan
• Budgeting for Digital Marketing with selection of mediums to run campaigns (as per Dept. Head inputs)
• Track competition and latest industry trends. Suggest to & assist Dept. Head to implement the best practices in our company
• Develop a mechanism to share marketing data & feedback to all teams

Marketing (execution)

• Creating and executing marketing campaigns via all kinds of digital media
• Ensuring uniformity of Branding and message across media consistent with Company values
• Ensure expenditure is within budget
• Ensure that the Cost Per Lead for all leads generated are within desired limits and optimized from time-to-time
• Ensure that the Website is up-to-date and the website traffic is increasing regularly, thereby generating more organic leads and reduce the paid marketing leads
• Ensure that all Company Social Media Handles are maintained adequately and drive to increase the engagement and followers in such areas

Operating Standards

• Ensure all critical processes/ SOP's for Marketing Dept. are followed seamlessly
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory authority and organization standards
• Ensure that all data is captured in the CRM accurately and in a timely manner.

Team Management

• Conduct timely reviews & provide constructive feedback to team members
• Ensure retention of Team members
• Ensure development of team members by training & engagement
