General Ledger Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage the company’s taxation, daily financial operations, cost control, compliance, and ERP system support. This role will be responsible for GST and TDS filings, financial data management, import-related financial matters, expense control, and ensuring full statutory compliance. The candidate will work closely with the business team to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 9-11 state GST filling Job feedback filling reports to HQ
• Mange TDS&GST return, yearly tax return works
• Manage team number finish daily financial data enter to internal system
• Manage team number handle payable& receivable account, given reconciliation data weekly to business team
• Handle import related financial works such as IGCR bond balance
• Control main expense cost, communicate with business team to given clear supporting data for expense bill checking
• Support new financial software searching&guide company use it normally
• Highlight abnormal cost item & given plan to control it in a effective way
• Take care about whole company compliance issue, supporting yearly audit.
• Given work report to HQ with supporting doc.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Has rich experience for trading&production industry work experience, better deal with import&export parts financial work before.
• Has experience to supporting ERP system,
• Strong Inter-personal skills and ability to take additional responsibilities.
• Should be able to interact with overseas team confidently.
• Sensitivity to timelines and delay repercussions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
