Fund Accounting Manager

As a Fund Accounting Manager at Fidelity International, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Fund Accounting teams in producing Net asset values, regulatory reports, tax data, and distributions. Your responsibilities will include: - Day to day management of a team of fund accountants - Recruitment, training, development, coaching, and motivation of team members - Ensuring all fund accounting controls are completed and accounting records are accurate and up-to-date - Inputting daily accounting data accurately into the books and records of the funds - Producing key deliverables to SLAs - Reviewing productivity and efficiency of the team with a focus on controls, procedures, and risk mitigation - Managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders - Producing management information for key stakeholders - Implementing and maintaining an effective control framework to ensure the integrity of the books and records of all products - Creating an environment of continuous improvement within the team Successful applicants for this role will possess the following qualities: - Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify issues of potential risk - Strong analytical and investigative skills with an enquiring mind - Effective communication skills with colleagues and internal customers - Strong organization and planning skills - Accurate and numerate - Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Joining Fidelity International, you will be part of a supportive team that values your wellbeing and supports your development.
