Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma Minimum 1-2years of relevant experience in Recruitment Experience with hiring delivery associates, warehouse staff, or similar roles. Ability to handle recruitment drives and walk-ins independently. Knowledge of compliance, documentation, and onboarding in a blue-collar setup.
