About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated

Full Stack Engineer

to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about building high-quality software. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.You should be proficient in

ReactJS

NodeJS

, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will bring strong programming skills, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python, ReactJS, NodeJS, and NextJS.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components to deliver seamless user experiences.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to build responsive and user-friendly applications.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code across the stack.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Implement robust testing strategies to ensure code quality and system reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and deployment challenges.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in Python for server-side logic and backend systems.
Experience with ReactJS for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Solid understanding of NodeJS and its ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with NextJS and server-side rendering concepts.
Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication, and web application security principles.
Experience with version control tools such as Git.
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
Familiarity with GraphQL and API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman.
Exposure to agile development practices and project management tools like Jira.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to work with design teams.
