About the Role

Java Full Stack Developer

In this role, you will work closely with architects, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams to build high-performance applications used by thousands of users. You are expected to have strong problem-solving abilities, ownership, and a mindset of building high-quality, production-ready software.

Key Responsibilities (Highly Descriptive)

🔹 Backend Development

• Design and implement

  robust, secure, and scalable microservices

  using

  Java 8/11/17

  and

  Spring Boot

  .
• Build RESTful APIs following best practices and industry standards.
• Develop reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Integrate authentication and authorization using

  Spring Security / OAuth2 / JWT

  .
• Optimize application performance and ensure low-latency interactions.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with proper documentation.

🔹 Frontend Development

• Develop user interfaces using

  React.js / Angular

  with strong focus on usability and responsiveness.
• Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality functional components.
• Implement state management (Redux, Context API, NgRx, etc.).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

🔹 Database & Storage

• Design efficient relational database schemas.
• Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Work with

  MySQL, PostgreSQL

  , or

  Oracle

  .
• Experience with NoSQL databases like

  MongoDB

  is a plus.

🔹 DevOps, Build & Deployment

• Work with Git for version control and branching strategies.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience in containerizing applications using

  Docker

• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes deployments is an advantage.

🔹 Cloud Services (Good to Have)

• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, Cloud Run, or App Services.
• Ability to integrate third-party APIs and cloud-native components.

🔹 Software Quality & Collaboration

• Write unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, or Karma/Jasmine.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly across the full stack.
• Collaborate closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments, actively participating in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
