Job Description

Role Overview

The Full Stack Engineer will play a pivotal role in building and scaling Silkhaus core technology systems across customer, owner, and corporate platforms. This is a hands-on technical position that spans backend services, frontend interfaces, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations.

You will contribute across the full development lifecycle from designing APIs, building scalable microservices, and optimizing cloud environments, to translating UI/UX designs into high-quality interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop reliable, resilient, and performance-driven applications that power our rapidly growing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable
backend
services using Python(Django) or Java(SpringBoot), including RESTful APIs and microservices.
Develop responsive, high-performance
frontend
interfaces using React, JavaScript, and Tailwind, Typescript, translating Figma designs into reusable, pixel-perfect components.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on
AWS
(Lambda, S3, ECS, RDS, CloudWatch, API Gateway) and support CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute to and maintain a Design System using Storybook, ensuring consistency across applications.
Explore and integrate
AI/GenAI
-powered solutions to enhance platform features, automate workflows, and improve user experiences.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and Revenue teams in an Agile environment, participate in code reviews, and contribute to documentation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are

2-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Software Engineer.
Strong proficiency in Python or Java for backend development.
Solid experience with React, JavaScript, and component-based frontend architecture.
Understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).
Familiar with AWS cloud services and modern DevOps fundamentals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate UI/UX into functional, high-quality interfaces.
Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environments.
A problem-solver who enjoys ownership, continuous learning, and building impactful products.
