Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive CRM Analyst with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing, configuring, optimizing our CRM and broader technology ecosystem. This role bridges technology and operations, focusing on streamlining processes, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. The CRM Analyst will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive process improvements and support marketing campaigns through the strategic use of our CRM - Hubspot. It s a very exciting opportunity to improve and build our CRM across a variety of business processes and users Key Responsibilities: HubSpot Management & Configuration: Pipeline & Process Management Design, document, and optimize end-to-end workflows across CRM, project management, and communication platforms to identify integration and automation opportunities. Continuously evaluate and refine pipeline processes to enhance conversion rates and shorten sales cycles. Manage multiple sales and business pipelines within the CRM to ensure seamless operation, accurate tracking, and effective lead handling. Technology & Workflow Automation Assess and recommend tools and technologies to enhance overall operational efficiency. Architect and manage automated workflows across platforms to eliminate manual tasks and reduce response times. Track tool adoption and usage metrics to inform continuous optimization. Lead automation and process enhancement initiatives using the current technology stack. Data Integrity & System Integration Ensure accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness of data across all connected platforms. Define and enforce best practices for data hygiene and governance. W ork with our tech team to manage integrations Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain dashboards that deliver insights into pipeline status, team performance, and tool engagement. Analyze cross-system data to provide actionable recommendations and strategic insights. Evaluate the ROI of tools in use and recommend rationalization or consolidation when appropriate. Marketing Enablement & Process Optimization Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple tools and platforms. Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend adjustments for improved outcomes. Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation for marketing workflows and tools. Map customer journeys to identify areas for automation and engagement improvement. Training, Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration Deliver training and ongoing support for CRM and connected tools to ensure confident, effective usage across teams. Act as the central point of contact for tool optimization, best practices, and continuous improvement. Facilitate collaboration across departments to drive adoption and maximize return on technology investments. Qualifications Bachelors degree 3-5 years of experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation platforms. Lead scoring, segmentation, and workflow automation Custom object creation and reporting in HubSpot Integration of HubSpot with different API and middleware solutions Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and template customisation Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cross-platform data Familiarity with data visualisation tools and business intelligence platforms What We Offer 20 business day of remote work from anywhere in the world.
