Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop scalable web and mobile applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular (2+), and Node.js.

• Build and optimize APIs powering health tracking, insurance onboarding, rewards, and B2B integrations.

• Drive feature development and agile delivery for D2C apps, corporate portals, and partner integrations.

• Ensure committed features and enhancements are shipped within sprint cycles and defined SLAs.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, Designers and cross-geography teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Participate in product brainstorming and architecture reviews focused on scalability, security, and user experience.

• Set and uphold coding standards, unit testing practices, and DevOps pipelines.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex bugs and production issues within defined SLAs.

• Mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical knowledge sharing and code reviews.

• Experiment with emerging tools, frameworks, and integrations to improve platform efficiency and capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• 4+ years of hands-on MEAN stack development experience, ideally in SaaS, healthtech, insuretech, or consumer web/mobile products.
• MongoDB: Schema design and performance.
• Express.js & Node.js: RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, scalability.
• Angular (2+): Component-based development and RxJS.
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker/K8s), CI/CD workflows.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs/APIs (payments, analytics, health trackers).
• Strong team player; clear communicator across technical and business teams.
• Exposure to agile development and product-oriented environments.

Bonus Skills:

• Prior experience in health/wellness, insurance, fintech, or reward platforms.
• Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native).
• Experience mentoring or leading small teams.
