We’re seeking a Software Engineer passionate about building AI agents that revolutionize pharmaceutical R&D, clinical operations, and manufacturing at scale. In this high-ownership, hands-on role, you’ll work from concept to deployment—partnering with scientists, engineers, and business teams to automate complex real-world problems using cutting-edge AI.

You’ll design intuitive user experiences, develop new AI capabilities, and help shape the future of AI in life sciences. We value curiosity, initiative, and leadership as much as technical expertise. While experience with Python, React, and cloud tools is ideal, a passion for solving challenging problems is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain our AI Agents platform using Python, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.
• Build and deploy AI agents across diverse business functions.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring best practices and maintainable code.
• Keep up with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in software development and AI.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Track record of end-to-end project ownership.
• Experience with automated testing (unit and functional tests).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Proficient in version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenSearch/ElasticSearch
• Experience building AI Agent platforms
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth2
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
