Position: Business Development Executive - Intern Duration: 3 Months Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Shift: Monday to Friday Stipend: Paid Internship Perks: Internship Certificate, On-the-Job Training, PPO Opportunities (Pre-Placement Offer) About the Internship: We’re looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join us as Business Development Executive Interns for a 3-month paid internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT Services Sales while working closely with industry professionals. Outstanding performers may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship. Roles & Responsibilities: Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly inside sales targets. Conduct outbound calls via various lead channels to nurture prospects and generate qualified sales leads. Research potential clients and reach out to relevant stakeholders to introduce Gleecus' service lines. Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects for business development. Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts. Gain a deep understanding of IT services sales, client engagement, and lead conversion strategies. Who Can Apply: Freshers or recent graduates with a passion for sales and client engagement. Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in B2B or IT Sales are highly preferred. MBA (Marketing) candidates are encouraged to apply. Should have a proper working laptop. Skills & Requirements: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). High energy, strong work ethic, and a "Go Getter" attitude. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment. Ability to adapt quickly, handle rejection positively, and focus on consistent performance. Must be available to join immediately and work from the Hyderabad office.
