Job Title: Supply Chain Applications Specialist Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Applications Analyst to support and enhance our ERP ecosystem, including Infor M3 and legacy platforms such as VAX/VMS and AS400. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of supply chain processes, ERP workflows, and integration across systems, with hands-on experience supporting and optimizing business applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide application support for Infor M3 ERP, including configuration, troubleshooting, and functional enhancements. Maintain and support legacy systems based on VAX/VMS and AS400 platforms. Collaborate with business users to understand supply chain requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure continuous and efficient operations. Manage data migration and system integration efforts between Infor M3 and legacy systems. Document system configurations, support procedures, and user manuals. Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and testing efforts. Provide training and support to end-users across supply chain functions (procurement, inventory, logistics, etc.). Work closely with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams for project execution and support. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field. 4–8 years of experience working with ERP systems (especially Infor M3) in a supply chain or manufacturing context. Strong knowledge of VAX/VMS, AS400 (iSeries) platforms. Experience in supporting supply chain modules such as procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and order management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with scripting, report generation, and database querying tools (SQL, Query/400, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with system migrations from legacy to modern ERP platforms. Exposure to EDI, API integrations, or middleware tools.
