The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of supply chain processes, ERP workflows, and integration across systems, with hands-on experience supporting and optimizing business applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide application support for Infor M3 ERP, including configuration, troubleshooting, and functional enhancements. Maintain and support legacy systems based on VAX/VMS and AS400 platforms. Collaborate with business users to understand supply chain requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure continuous and efficient operations. Manage data migration and system integration efforts between Infor M3 and legacy systems. Document system configurations, support procedures, and user manuals. Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and testing efforts.
