Sales Head - US IT SAAS Sales

You are a Sales Head with over 10 years of experience who will be responsible for supporting business development efforts, assisting in the formulation and execution of sales strategies, and driving growth at Gleecus TechLabs Inc. As a strategic partner with leading cloud providers, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include supporting business development initiatives, contributing to revenue targets, developing and executing sales strategies for business growth, identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships, maintaining relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams for successful service delivery, monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities, and providing regular updates and reports on business development activities. To excel in this role, you should bring at least 10 years of experience in Business Development with a focus on sales and revenue growth. You should possess strong skills in sales strategy, client relationship management, and business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working with US and EMEA regions are also required. Previous experience in the technology industry, particularly in Cloud, Data, and AI solutions, will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred for this position.,
