• Role Overview –

  Full stack developer

The Global Digital Team is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced, high-energy team responsible for delivering bleeding edge solutions leveraging Analytics and AI. The focus of this role would be to build high quality AI-embedded software products in an agile manner.

Responsibilities:

• It is responsible for designing and delivering web apps, from layout to function and according to the business specifications.
• The individual will be responsible for integrating data from various back-end services and databases.
• The role would entail building front-end Website architecture, improving user interactions on Web, and developing necessary back-end applications
• The individual will work closely with IT and the business team to ensure servers and databases are setup for optimal functionality
• Given the growing demand for mobile apps, the individual will also be expected to support cross-platform optimization of the designed applications
• Work closely with developers, architects, product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver projects in accordance with Agile principles.
• Ensure high quality code that meets business objectives, quality standards and secure web development guidelines.

Requirements

• Good understanding of ES6 and TypeScript methods, functions, best practices and limitations.
• 5-10 yrs of experience developing front-end applications using Angular 7+ ( Angular 16 is preferred. Reactjs, Vuejs are add-ons ) and strong hands-on exp in Python, Javascript.
• Understanding of component and state management libraries with demonstrable experience comparing and implementing them in data focused projects.
• Good understanding of browser memory (eg: cookies, cache).
• Good understanding of HTML,CSS and pre-processors (LESS and SASS).
• Experience gathering and prototyping app requirements with stakeholders during the UI/UX design process while assessing and implementing component libraries (Material Design, Bootstrap or similar).
• Good understanding of NodeJS and its uses in in modern web development through npm packages.
• Good Understanding of version control, via the use of GitHub.
• Experience working with Postman and Swagger.
