About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Full Stack Development Trainer to teach and mentor students in frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on coding experience, previous training or teaching background, and the ability to host engaging webinars, which are a key part of our lead-generation process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Classroom Delivery

• Deliver structured training sessions on Frontend, Backend, Databases, APIs, and Deployment.
• Teach core concepts such as:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• DJANGO
• Git/GitHub
• REST APIs
• Hosting & deployment (Netlify, Render, AWS basics)
• Guide students through hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and mini-projects.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

2. Curriculum & Content Development

• Help design and update course modules to stay aligned with industry standards.
• Create coding tasks, assessments, real-time projects, and case studies.
• Ensure content is practical, job-oriented, and beginner-friendly.

3. Webinars & Lead Generation

• Host interactive webinars, workshops, or demo classes for potential students.
• Present the value of full stack development careers and explain course outcomes.
• Conduct short live coding snippets or demos during webinars to increase engagement.
• Maintain professionalism and clarity while representing the academy.

4. Student Support & Mentoring

• Resolve student queries related to coding, debugging, and project planning.
• Assist in portfolio building and final project development.
• Support students preparing for interviews, tests, or internships.
• Track progress and ensure high engagement levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience as a trainer/instructor or in a full stack development role.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• JavaScript (mandatory)
• DJANGO
• Git and version control
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, structured manner.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to confidently host webinars and interact with large groups.
• A portfolio, GitHub, or sample projects showcasing coding expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, or other modern stacks.
• Knowledge of DevOps basics (Docker, CI/CD) is a plus.
• Prior experience conducting coding bootcamps, masterclasses, or online training.
• Familiarity with industry interview patterns and tech hiring expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rs Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
