Job Description:
We’re looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist with frontend & backend coding
skills to join our growing team. You’ll own our MarTech stack, build custom solutions, and
enable smarter, data-driven marketing. If you’re equal parts marketer and engineer, this role
is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and optimize marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
● Build custom landing pages, microsites, and campaign tools (React, HTML, CSS,
JavaScript).
● Develop APIs and backend integrations to connect CRM, CDP, and analytics
systems.
● Automate workflows, lead scoring, and campaign processes.
● Support data pipelines and dashboards (SQL, Tableau/Looker/Power BI).
● Knowledge of Zoho Ecosystem or willing to learn in short span of time
Key Qualifications:
● 3+ years in marketing technology, marketing ops, or full-stack development.
● Strong coding skills (Frontend: React/Next.js, JS/TS; Backend: Node.js, Python).
● Hands-on experience with at least one major marketing automation platform.
● Solid understanding of CRM systems, analytics, and integrations.
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
● Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
● Familiarity with personalization, SEO/SEM, or paid media tech.
● Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
