Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Fullstack Engineer
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Pune or Gurgaon (WFO – Client Side; open to relocation)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and FastAPI, with a solid understanding of fullstack development, microservices, and cloud-based deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain fullstack applications using React.js, Node.js, and FastAPI.
• Build reusable front-end components and scalable back-end services.
• Integrate third-party services and RESTful APIs into applications.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure code quality through coding standards, peer reviews, and unit testing.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in React.js for building scalable front-end applications.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js for backend development and API integrations.
• Good knowledge of FastAPI (Python) for microservices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and related frameworks/libraries.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party service integration.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and testable code.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development with the mentioned stack.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
