Our Client is a leading hospitality company in Oceania Region with 40+ years of association with global hotel brands including IHG, Accor & Hilton.

Their investment & expertise range from Construction, Ownership & Management of diverse hospitality assets such as Hotels, Event Centres, Serviced & Residential Apartments.

About the Role

We are looking for a Website Developer to manage, maintain, and modify our existing websites, mainly on Wordpress. This role involves ensuring website functionality, troubleshooting issues, optimizing SEO performance, and making necessary content or design updates.

The role would involve managing hosting, domain configurations, and third-party integrations as required, as well as implementing basic customizations using code when necessary (e.g., CSS tweaks, PHP edits).

KRAs

WordPress Maintenance & Customization

· Experience in WordPress website management, theme updates, and plugin configuration.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with themes, plugins, and page builders.

· Familiarity with Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or similar tools.

· Basic understanding of WooCommerce (if applicable).

· Security measures to prevent vulnerabilities.

Frontend Modifications

· Ability to tweak HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor design or functionality updates.

· Ensure website responsiveness and visual consistency.

Backend & Functional Support

· Familiarity with PHP for minor WordPress adjustments (not full development).

· Ability to manage website backups, database optimizations, and security updates.

· Experience integrating third-party tools and tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM).

Performance & Security Optimization

· Optimize website speed, caching, and mobile performance.

· Implement basic security measures t prevent vulnerabilities.

Marketing & Growth Strategy

. Work with the SEO team during content changes to align with the SEO strategy and to increase traffic.

* Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure website changes align with campaigns.

. Implement and optimize landing pages for lead generation and conversion.

. Utilize tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) to analyze performance and optimize strategies.

. Support content updates and blog management to drive organic traffic.

KRAs

Required

• 6+ years of experience in website maintenance (WordPress & Webflow).
• Ability to work independently on ongoing updates and improvements.
• Familiarity with SEO, content updates, and user experience improvements.

Preferable

• Full-stack developers will be preferred candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
