Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in:Frontend: Next.js (React 19+), TailwindCSS, Shadcn/UI, TypeScriptBackend: Node.js + Express, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORMStrong understanding of API design, authentication (JWT, cookies, sessions), and RESTful architectureExperience with AWS S3, CloudFront, or other cloud storage/CDN setupsFamiliarity with Stripe and Plaid integrations (preferred)Experience in AI integration (OpenAI API, LLM-based automations) is a plusComfortable with Git, GitHub, and modern CI/CD workflowsStrong debugging and problem-solving mindsetMinimum 5 years of full-stack development experience (internships count if significant)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain core user flows for founders and investorsDevelop dashboards, onboarding pipelines, and document generation toolsIntegrate APIs (Stripe, Plaid, Persona, AWS, OpenAI) into a unified platformCollaborate directly with Capieron’s AI, backend, and product teamsWrite clean, scalable, and secure code with proper version control
