Job Title: Full Stack Developer Company Name: VAIS ENGINEERING PVT LTD Location: Deganga North 24 Parganas Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong skills can also apply) Salary: As per industry standards Job Summary:We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable web applications and working across both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and contribute to the full software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications. Write clean, modular, and efficient code following best practices. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to implement features. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and support team knowledge sharing. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.   Required Skills:Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, Redux. Solid experience in back-end technologies: Node.js, Express, Django, Laravel, or Spring Boot. Familiarity with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration techniques. Version control systems, preferably Git/GitHub. Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.   Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker is a plus.
