Full-stack Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:  Software Development- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using frontend and backend technologies. Handle full development cycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation. Integrate third-party APIs and manage secure user authentication and authorization. Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Architecture & Technical Planning- Participate in system design discussions and create technical specifications. Develop and implement architectural best practices and coding standards. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. Mentoring & Team Collaboration Review and approve code written by junior developers. Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing on tools, frameworks, and techniques. Work closely with the Project Manager to estimate timelines and resource needs. Client-Oriented Customization: Customize modules based on university-specific requirements. Debug and resolve issues in production environments within defined timelines. Coordinate with QA for bug fixes and release readiness. Senior Full Stack Developer: Job Specifications Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E./MCA in Computer Science or equivalent. Additional certifications in MERN/LAMP stack, AWS, or DevOps are a plus. Work Experience: 4–6 years of experience in full-stack development. Hands-on experience with institutional or enterprise-level web applications. Technical Skills: Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap React.js / Angular (must know at least one modern JS framework) Backend: Node.js, PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter), Python (Django) – any two preferred Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Query optimization and schema design Other Tools/Tech: Git & GitHub REST APIs and JSON Web hosting: cPanel, AWS, or DigitalOcean Familiarity with Docker, Nginx, Apache is a plus Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Effective communication (with both team and non-technical clients) Leadership and mentoring ability Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and documentation Performance KPIs: Code quality and modularity Timely delivery of development tasks Successful integration and deployment without downtime Effective mentoring of junior team members Contribution to process improvement and innovation
