Full-stack Developer

Role Overview We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You’ll be building scalable, high-performance web applications that power VidPlug’s interactive video commerce platform. You’ll work across the stack—frontend, backend, APIs, and databases—to deliver a smooth, data-driven experience for our users. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React, PHP / Laravel, Node.js, and Express.js. Build responsive, pixel-perfect UIs using Tailwind CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks. Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable APIs. Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to translate ideas into working products. Work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Optimize performance, handle integrations, and ensure platform reliability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Contribute to continuous deployment and CI/CD processes. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in full stack web development. Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, Express.js, PHP, Laravel, and Tailwind CSS. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration. Experience working with Git, branching workflows, and pull requests. Familiarity with deployment and hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean and Azure). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice-to-Have Skills Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, or Vue.js. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of video technologies, streaming, or analytics.
