Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in: Frontend: Next.js (React 19+), TailwindCSS, Shadcn/UI, TypeScript Backend: Node.js + Express, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM Strong understanding of API design, authentication (JWT, cookies, sessions), and RESTful architecture Experience with AWS S3, CloudFront, or other cloud storage/CDN setups Familiarity with Stripe and Plaid integrations (preferred) Experience in AI integration (OpenAI API, LLM-based automations) is a plus Comfortable with Git, GitHub, and modern CI/CD workflows Strong debugging and problem-solving mindset Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience (internships count if significant) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) What You’ll Do Build and maintain core user flows for founders and investors Develop dashboards, onboarding pipelines, and document generation tools Integrate APIs (Stripe, Plaid, Persona, AWS, OpenAI) into a unified platform Collaborate directly with Capieron’s AI, backend, and product teams Write clean, scalable, and secure code with proper version control
