Join us as we scale across India and globally. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our core engineering team. The candidate must have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, quick adaptability to new technologies, and a genuine passion for product building in the fintech/start-up space. Key Responsibilities: · End-to-end development of mobile & web applications for Peppy Gold platform. · Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs, microservices, and data integrations. · Build and enhance mobile apps using React Native and cross-platform frameworks. · Architect and optimize cloud infrastructure (GCP / AWS / Azure). · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Business to deliver features. · Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications. · Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and third-party integrations as needed. · Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvements. · Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure smooth user experience. · Contribute to the growth and innovation journey of Peppy Gold as a fintech leader. Required Skills & Qualifications: · 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. · Strong hands-on experience with: · Frontend: React Native (Mandatory) · Backend: Node.js / Typescript (Mandatory), .NET Core or Java (Good to have) · Cloud Platforms: GCP, AWS, or Azure · Databases: MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, or other NoSQL/Relational DBs · Scripting/Automation: Python (Exposure is sufficient) · Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, authentication, and authorization. · Quick learner with ability to adapt to new tech stacks. · Good knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure management. · Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. · Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Good to Have: · Previous experience in Fintech, Startups, or B2B SaaS platforms. · Exposure to payment gateways, financial APIs, and secure transaction models. · Knowledge of gold investment models or jewelry commerce is a plus.
