Key Responsibilities

•     Architect, develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications with emphasis on performance, security, and usability.

•     Build and maintain complex user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

•     Develop and maintain backend services and APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL) in Node.js, handling business logic, database interactions, and integrations.

•     Design, optimize, and manage both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases for efficient data retrieval, storage, and reporting for resource management requirements.

•     Ensure code quality through reviews, debugging, optimization, and adherence to software best practices and security standards.

•     Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering best practices, code reuse, and documentation.

•     Collaborate with DevOps/Cloud teams to ensure smooth CI/CD, automated testing pipelines, and deployment to the cloud environment.

•     Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, API contracts, and user guides.

•     Stay up to date with emerging technologies relevant to internal cloud applications, propose innovations, and lead adoption of AI-assisted development and automation tools where appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills (Required)

•     Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

•     Proven experience (4+ years) as a full-stack developer with deep expertise in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks such as React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js.

•     Strong backend experience with Node.js runtime and frameworks like Express, including API design and implementation.

•     Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, schema design, query optimization, and ORMs (e.g., Prisma, Sequelize).

•     Familiarity with authentication/authorization mechanisms, security best practices (e.g., OWASP), and data protection regulations.

•     Experience working with Git version control, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

•     Knowledge of containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and infrastructure-as-code is a plus.

•     Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.

•     Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of leading technical discussions and coordinating across teams.

•     Leadership experience guiding development efforts and mentoring team members is highly desirable.
