Job Title: Associate Product Analyst Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 1-2 Years Reports To: Product Manager About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Product Analyst to join our dynamic IT Services team. In this role, you will partially own the product perspective of client projects, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business goals, and technical execution. You will act as a critical bridge between Sales, Delivery, and UX/UI teams, enabling seamless execution and value delivery across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership in Projects ● Assist in defining the product goals, and user-centric features for custom IT solutions being built for clients. ● Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear, structured, and prioritized product requirements. ● Own the Product Requirement Document (PRD) and continuously refine it through stakeholder feedback and team collaboration. ● Ensure the product backlog is well-groomed, stories are sprint-ready, and the definition of done is met. Stakeholder Collaboration ● Work closely with the Sales/Solutions team to understand client pain points and support in crafting the product story during proposals. ● Collaborate with Delivery teams (Project Managers, Designers, Architects, Developers) to ensure features are built to spec and delivered on time. ● Act as the voice of the customer within the project team, ensuring delivery stays aligned to user needs and business goals. Project Execution Support ● Support sprint planning, UAT readiness, and product demos. ● Monitor implementation progress and flag risks to timelines, requirements, or customer expectations. ● Drive alignment between scope, quality, and delivery by ensuring trade-off decisions are validated with stakeholders. Product Thinking & Continuous Improvement ● Bring a product-led mindset to custom development and IT service delivery. ● Contribute to internal knowledge sharing around product best practices, reusable components, and accelerators. ● Identify opportunities to drive value-added enhancements or innovations in ongoing projects. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in any specialization. ● 1–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar client-facing role. Experience working within an IT Services or software development environment will be an added plus. ● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum preferred). ● Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and wireframing tools is a plus. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
