Job Description: Key Account Manager – IT Services Location: Noida Experience: 4+ Years in Key Account Management, B2B IT Services Reports To: Director – Sales About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our client success and growth team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing high-value enterprise accounts across industries such as Healthcare, FinTech, Insurance, Retail, and more. You will be the face of the company to our key accounts, ensuring their success, driving growth, and fostering long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: · Client Relationship Ownership: Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives. · Revenue Growth: Drive YoY revenue growth by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services (Digital Engineering, Cloud, Analytics, Mobility, DevOps). · Strategic Account Planning: Create and maintain detailed account plans to align with customer goals and internal capabilities. · Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Lead structured reviews focusing on delivery performance, satisfaction scores (CSAT), and innovation roadmaps. · Program Delivery Oversight: Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions; manage escalations effectively. · Contract Management: Oversee contract renewals, rate revisions, PO tracking, and invoice follow-ups. · Market Mapping & Intelligence: Understand the client’s ecosystem, competition, and evolving business needs to proactively suggest digital transformation opportunities. · Mentorship & Collaboration: Coach junior account managers and collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams. Required Skills & Experience: · 4+ years of experience in Account Management roles in an IT Services / Consulting environment. · Proven success in growing enterprise accounts with measurable revenue impact (e.g., 40% YoY growth, 150% peak). · Deep domain exposure across industries such as Healthcare, FinTech, Retail, and BFSI. · Experience working with global clients in APAC, Middle East, and India. · Familiarity with digital solutions like Cloud (AWS, Azure), Mobile & Web Tech, SAP, DevOps, and Monitoring Tools. · Strong grasp of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and account performance metrics. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Applications / Engineering / Business. · Knowledge of CSAT, NPS, and client experience frameworks.
