Full Stack Developer (MERN) in Lucknow Office

About the Role

VandV.ai is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Full-Stack MERN Developer who can manage our current platform architecture while progressively enhancing scalability, automation, and performance. You will take complete ownership of our React + Node.js + MongoDB ecosystem, implement best practices in DevOps, and ensure a smooth, secure, high-performing user experience.

Position Details

• Job Title: Full-Stack MERN Developer (with DevOps & API Experience)

• Reports To: Product Head / CTO

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the existing VandV.ai platform built on React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Develop and deploy scalable RESTful APIs for user data, payments, and referral systems.
• Optimize front-end SEO and performance using SSR and effective caching strategies.
• Manage VPS hosting, implement CI/CD pipelines, and handle Git-based deployments.
• Strengthen backend security using HTTPS, JWT authentication, bcrypt encryption, and firewall setups.
• Integrate APIs such as Cashfree, Google Analytics, SendGrid / AWS SES, Firebase Notifications, etc.
• Manage cron jobs for payouts, user activity tracking, and data synchronization.
• Enhance video hosting and delivery workflows using AWS S3 / Bunny.net / CDN integrations.
• Automate database backups, maintain data integrity, and ensure system scalability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to align development with business and product goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of full-stack development experience using the MERN Stack.
• Proven expertise in REST API development, integration, and version control using Git.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, responsive UI, and SEO optimization.
• Working knowledge of VPS management, Linux environments, and automated deployments.
• Hands-on experience with payment gateway integration.
• Solid understanding of database security, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Optional: Knowledge of Docker, Next.js, or CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Quick at diagnosing and resolving live server / production issues.
• Open to adopting new tools and technologies aligned with VandV.ai’s growth.
• Prior exposure to EdTech, subscription-based platforms, or referral-driven systems is a plus.
