We are a super early-stage, mission-driven B2B SaaS startup tackling one of the most expensive and misunderstood problems in business: Bad Attrition.

We're not building another HR dashboard. We're creating a first-of-its-kind platform that unifies retention and succession planning to help companies keep their top talent and ensure their critical roles are always filled. We believe that by solving this, we can help make workplaces more human and productive.

As a founding intern, you won't be a cog in a machine. You will be a core part of our founding team, with your code and ideas directly shaping the product from the ground up.

The Role: Full-Stack Developer Intern

We are looking for a passionate and versatile full-stack developer intern who is eager to build, learn, and make a tangible impact. You will work directly with the founders to turn our vision into a functional, scalable, and user-loved product.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.

What You'll Do

• Build & Ship Features: Develop end-to-end features for our web application, from the database to the frontend.
• Collaborate on Architecture: Participate in technical design decisions to help build a scalable and robust SaaS platform.
• Create User Interfaces: Build responsive and intuitive UI components based on mockups and wireframes.
• Develop APIs & Backend Logic: Design, build, and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs.
• Iterate Based on Feedback: Work closely with the founding team to rapidly prototype, test, and refine features based on user feedback from our CHRO advisory partners.
• Learn About DevOps: Gain experience with deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Netlify).

You are a builder, a problem-solver, and are motivated by the chance to create something meaningful.

• Technical Explorer: You have foundational knowledge and a strong desire to learn more in the following areas:
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or similar.
• Database: SQL (PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Tools: Git, GitHub, and a passion for writing clean, documented code.
• Product-Minded: You don't just write code; you think about the user and the business problem we're solving.
• Proactive & Independent: You are a self-starter who can take ambiguity and turn it into a clear plan of action.
• Mission-Aligned: The idea of reducing bad attrition and helping people thrive at work genuinely excites you.
