We're not building another HR dashboard. We're creating a first-of-its-kind platform that unifies retention and succession planning to help companies keep their top talent and ensure their critical roles are always filled. We believe that by solving this, we can help make workplaces more human and productive. As a founding intern, you won't be a cog in a machine. You will be a core part of our founding team, with your code and ideas directly shaping the product from the ground up. The Role: Full-Stack Developer Intern We are looking for a passionate and versatile full-stack developer intern who is eager to build, learn, and make a tangible impact. You will work directly with the founders to turn our vision into a functional, scalable, and user-loved product. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. What You'll Do Build & Ship Features: Develop end-to-end features for our web application, from the database to the frontend. Collaborate on Architecture: Participate in technical design decisions to help build a scalable and robust SaaS platform.
