Your Role As part of our Founding Circle of CHROs , you’ll: Collaborate directly with the founding team to design, validate, and shape the product from 0→1. Share field-level insights from your organization’s retention, engagement, and talent data . Define what “10x value” truly means in terms of revenue saved, performance protected, and culture strengthened . Participate in short, focused co-creation sessions (30–45 mins each) that respect your bandwidth and leadership schedule. Optionally join as a Strategic Advisor or Founding HR Partner as we scale.
