Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and talented Full Stack Developer Intern with expertise in native mobile app development to join our innovative team. As an intern, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our astrology platform from the ground up, transitioning from web to native mobile applications. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced stealth-mode startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Native Mobile Development: Build high-performance Android applications using React Native or Flutter
• Backend Architecture: Develop and maintain scalable APIs and microservices to support millions of concurrent users
• AI Integration: Work with language models and AI systems for multilingual astrology consultations
• Payment Systems: Integrate secure payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe) and wallet functionalities
• Performance Optimization: Ensure app performance for high-traffic scenarios and real-time user interactions
• API Development: Create robust REST/GraphQL APIs for mobile-web synchronization
• Security Implementation: Implement user authentication, data encryption, and privacy compliance
• Cross-platform Development: Ensure consistent user experience across Android, iOS, and web platforms

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following tech stacks:
• Mobile: React Native, Flutter, or Native Android (Kotlin/Java) + iOS (Swift)
• Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or Golang
• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Database experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and modern development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and user experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote-first environment

Technical Requirements

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.io)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Google Cloud)
• Understanding of mobile app deployment (Play Store, App Store)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience or personal projects in mobile app development
• Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
• Experience with AI/ML integration and API consumption (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, VS Code)
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, PyTest)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment
• Understanding of app store optimization and mobile analytics
• Multilingual development experience (internationalization/localization)
• Interest in astrology, spirituality, or wellness domains (bonus!)
