Senior AI Engineer – GenAI / RAG Systems (India Remote)

We are building the AI layer for global trade and compliance. We're now deploying customer-facing GenAI features — from document parsing to decision agents — and looking for a Senior AI Engineer to take our AI system reliability and scale to the next level. What You'll Be Doing Build and deploy production-grade GenAI features : RAG systems, agent flows, document intelligence Work across FastAPI , LangChain / LangGraph , vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS), and OpenAI or OSS models Own reliability: chunking, cost optimization, fallback logic, prompt evaluation Collaborate closely with backend/product engineers to put GenAI in customer hands What We’re Looking For You've shipped customer-facing GenAI/ML systems , not just demos or research projects Strong Python backend (FastAPI preferred) Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI Understanding of LLM integration, prompt lifecycle, and response evaluation Bonus: OCR, Whisper, voice agents, or doc QA experience About the Role Remote-first (India only) Report directly to founders Join a high-performing, fast-moving team shipping to real customers Compensation & Perks INR ₹30–40 LPA Company-covered work trips to San Francisco for team strategy, product planning, and customer exposure Show more Show less
