HuntingCube is a decade-old, AI-powered recruitment agency built for India’s top product-based companies and elite engineering talent. Our product and engineering team includes graduates from multiple IIT campuses, and we have built a strong technical foundation along with our proprietary AI engine, CubicAI.

We are now entering Phase 2 of our product evolution, where design, engineering, and AI capabilities will be elevated across the entire product ecosystem. This includes the public website, job-seeker and recruiter journeys, and internal platforms such as our ATS for recruiters and CRM for our BD team.

Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time full-stack developer who can work across the entire stack, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and ship features end-to-end. The ideal candidate should understand modern UI and UX expectations, be comfortable working with LLMs and semantic search infrastructure, and build reliably on top of Next.js and AWS.

This role will focus on implementing scalable, high-quality features across both public and internal platforms and contribute significantly to our Phase 2 redesign.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain full-stack features using Next.js, React, Typescript, and Node.js.

2. Integrate LLM-based functionalities, including embeddings, semantic search, and AI-powered workflows using vector DBs.

3. Implement and improve core product surfaces, including the public website, job listing flows, job-seeker journeys, and recruiter dashboards.

4. Develop, maintain, and optimize internal tools such as the ATS for recruiters and CRM for the BD team.

5. Work with AWS services including ECS, S3, DynamoDB, Cognito, and OpenSearch; ensure smooth integrations and reliable performance.

6. Convert Figma designs into pixel-accurate, responsive UIs with a strong sense of visual quality.

7. Build dashboards and analytics components using time-series data stored in S3 and queried through OpenSearch.

8. Contribute to architecture decisions, system design discussions, and performance optimization.

9. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability across all projects.

10. Good hands-on experience in building SQL and building basic dashboards for analytics purposes.

Required Skills

1. Strong experience with Next.js, React, Typescript, and Node.js.

2. Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially ECS, S3, DynamoDB, and Cognito.

3. Practical experience building or integrating LLM-based features using OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable APIs.

4. Strong understanding of frontend engineering, including responsive design and implementing UI from Figma.

5. Solid understanding of system design, API design, and full-stack architectural patterns.

6. Ability to work closely with design and product teams and contribute to overall product quality.

7. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

8. SQL and dashboard building.

Good to Have

1. Experience with analytics infrastructure such as OpenSearch or other query engines over time-series data.

2. Prior experience building AI-first products or working directly with LLM pipelines.

3. Familiarity with micro-interactions or motion UI frameworks such as Lottie or Framer Motion.

4. Experience with internal tools, ATS systems, CRM platforms, or marketplace-style products.

5. Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure as code.
