As we expand our reach, we're looking for a Fulfillment Manager to streamline our supply chain, maintain impeccable inventory accuracy, and ensure timely delivery of our products. This role will be crucial in delivering Saphed’s commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

The Fulfillment Manager will oversee all aspects of Saphed’s fulfillment operations, from inventory management to coordinating smooth order dispatches. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with premium fashion or lifestyle brands, strong analytical skills, and a passion for efficient, high-quality processes. This role requires an individual who is organized, proactive, and dedicated to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:

  Maintain real-time accuracy in inventory tracking, ensuring sufficient stock levels to meet customer demands.

• Order Fulfillment:

  Manage daily order processing, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time with accuracy and care.

• Quality Control:

  Oversee quality checks on products before dispatch, ensuring that only the highest-quality items reach our customers.

• Vendor Coordination:

  Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely product restocking and efficient delivery schedules.

• Warehouse Operations:

  Oversee the day-to-day operations within the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Process Optimization:

  Identify and implement improvements in the fulfillment process to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Data & Reporting:

  Maintain detailed records of inventory, order fulfillment, and returns, and generate regular reports to inform stock planning and operational improvements.

• Customer Support Collaboration:

  Work closely with the customer support team to resolve fulfillment-related inquiries and ensure quick responses to any order issues.

• Safety & Compliance:

  Ensure all fulfillment activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  3+ years of experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or supply chain role, ideally within a premium fashion, lifestyle, or retail brand.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems; experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.

• Organizational Skills:

  Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage inventory accuracy and timely order processing.

• Problem-Solver:

  Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with team members, vendors, and logistics partners.
