Job Title: Frontline Sales Executive – Channel Partner(Real Estate) Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Channel Sales Manager / Channel Partner Relationship Manager Drop your cv or call on 6382262063 Job Purpose To drive real estate sales through channel partners by building strong relationships, managing partner-driven leads, supporting site visits and closures, and consistently achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities1. Channel Partner EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners. Educate partners on project details, pricing, USPs, and inventory updates. Conduct regular partner visits, meetings, and training sessions to strengthen relationships. 2. Sales & Lead ManagementManage and follow up on leads generated through channel partners. Support partners in client presentations, project explanations, and site visits. Assist in negotiations to drive deal closures and achieve sales targets. 3. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare and share daily/weekly sales and activity reports with partners and the internal team. Maintain accurate CRM entries for leads, site visits, and closures. Coordinate with marketing and project teams to share updated brochures, pricing sheets, and promotional offers with partners. 4. Market IntelligenceCollect and report market insights, competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback from channel partners. Share market intelligence with senior management for strategy improvement. Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities Good understanding of real estate sales processes Ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in channel partner management Experience handling brokers/agents is an added advantage
