Frontline Call Handling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Schedule demo sessions and follow up with students.
  • Manage admissions, fee collection, and record keeping.
  • Maintain confidential student health-related information.
  • Conduct follow-up calls (7, 15, 30, 60 days) to track student progress.
  • Collect student feedback and encourage Google reviews.
  • Share testimonials with the marketing team.
  • Promote academy programs, workshops, and offers.
  • Coordinate with teachers to ensure studio hygiene and smooth operations.
  • Work towards achieving monthly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication in

    English & Telugu

    (Hindi preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of

    MS Office (Word, Excel)

    & CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in customer service / call handling preferred.

Personality Traits:

  • Friendly, approachable, and professional.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Calm and composed in handling student concerns.
