We are hiring a Frontline Call Handling Executive to be the first point of contact for our students. The role involves handling calls, coordinating admissions, maintaining student records, and ensuring an excellent student experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Schedule demo sessions and follow up with students. Manage admissions, fee collection, and record keeping. Maintain confidential student health-related information. Conduct follow-up calls (7, 15, 30, 60 days) to track student progress. Collect student feedback and encourage Google reviews. Share testimonials with the marketing team. Promote academy programs, workshops, and offers. Coordinate with teachers to ensure studio hygiene and smooth operations. Work towards achieving monthly revenue targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication in English & Telugu (Hindi preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) & CRM tools. Prior experience in customer service / call handling preferred. Personality Traits: Friendly, approachable, and professional. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Calm and composed in handling student concerns.
