Job Summary:

Conduct regular training sessions on basic IT operations, including VPN setup, Wi-Fi connectivity, and general troubleshooting.
Design and deliver easy-to-understand training materials, manuals, and guides.
Provide one-on-one or group training for new joiners and existing employees.
Offer technical support and guidance to employees facing system or connectivity issues.
Coordinate with the IT team to identify skill gaps and recommend relevant training programs.
Maintain documentation of training schedules, attendance, and feedback.
Stay updated with emerging IT tools and technologies to enhance training effectiveness.
