Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Frontend Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of modern web development practices and be capable of translating UI/UX design wireframes into responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces. Key Responsibilities: • Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly web interfaces. • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. • Optimize front-end code for performance and SEO. • Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data communication. • Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile ceremonies. • Debug and troubleshoot layout and scripting issues across different browsers and devices. • Maintain and update existing websites and applications. • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in front-end development. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5–6 years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer. • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox, Grid, and animations), and vanilla JavaScript (ES6+). • Experience with version control systems like Git. • Experience with CSS pre-processors like SASS or SCSS. • Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or npm. • Good understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. • Familiarity with browser rendering behavior and performance tuning. • Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO best practices. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred (Optional) Skills: • Understanding of web accessibility standards like WCAG, ARIA, and AODA. • Exposure to front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Next.js. • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and AJAX. Education: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field like BCA.
